UPDATE
Ok saw the episode.. so Marge didnt really drive it.. What actually happened was that Marge in this episode was keeping up with the Joneses and met a socialite friend at the petrol station where she proceeded to help her friend fill up her TE with Petrol
actually found this episode of The Simpsons and it was not actually Marge's car.. the storyline revolved around Marges desire to live the highlife and keep up with the jones'. In that scene, she was at a petrol station and assisted a friend in filling up the tank of the W124 estate.
